Our Story
Dew Drop Inn was established in 1926 and has always been a family owned business. The building was originally a flour mill before becoming a restaurant. The Dew Drop Inn has been a landmark for the town and a local watering hole for decades. The building it resided in was one of five flour mills that used to reside on “Mill Hill”. The flour mill closed shop and in 1926 the Dew Drop Inn was created.
In 2015 the building and business was completely revamped by a new family to create what you see today. They expanded to create a space to bring over The Kozy restaurant (another family business) to house both restaurants under one building.
In 2016 the family expanded again and finish off the venue space in the basement called The Mill Room and included a new outdoor area for games, seating, fire pit and much more.
The Dew Drop is over 90 years old and offers BBQ, Specialty Pizzas, Tacos and a unique dining experience! We have live bands on the Weekends and promote our local artists with acoustic nights. We have indoor/outdoor bar as well as outside deck and covered patio seating. We are proud to be a smoke free bar that offers a great entertaining space and is also family friendly. We are a close family who cherishes every customer that comes into our doors. We are not a chain business and pride ourselves on the relationships that are created here. It has been a labor of love and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Community Events
Our goal is to serve the community and provide them with a unique environment, excellent customer serve and wonderful food. We are continuously striving to improve what we offer as well as support the community through special events, charitable donations and a gathering place to create memories.
NON-PROFIT & FUNDRAISING EVENTS
To support those in our community doing great things we offer a free rental space to any non-profit or benefit drive to use the space. We are so extremely proud of our town and the surrounding area communities, the good people doing wonderful things in the area is something to be recognized and this is our small way to help them be successful!
