The Mill Room is equipped with tables and chairs for 100 guests that are included in the rental price.
For additional tables and chairs, the cost is:
- Round - Seats 8 - $12/ table
-Chairs - $5/ chair for White Metal Frame

To add linens to your rental:
- Full Length Table Linen - $12.50 each
Music
The space is equipped with surround sound
inside and out. You can provide your own playlist
and hook up to our system at no additional charge!
Band set-up is available under the Pavilion and outside on the Green Space.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
- All food must be provided by the Mill Room catering services. Cake & cupcakes are permitted to be brought in for your event.
- Green space rental includes private access to the area directly behind the pavilion. Yard games will remain open to the public.
- For weddings/receptions, the garage door in Mill Room will be closed up until 8pm to allow time for speeches and dinner. After such items are complete and/or no later than 8pm, the garage door will open to serve the public with an additional bartender separate from the one included in your space rental.
- For non-wedding events, the garage door in the Mill Room bar is available to serve the public and may be open dependent on weather.
- Minimum $300 food and drink purchase.
- All payments are non-refundable.
